Peloton App | The Fitness App You Need
Updated: Oct 10, 2022
Workout apps are an oversaturated industry and keeping up with multiple subscriptions is costly. The Peloton Workout App is the ONLY workout subscription you need this year.

The Peloton App is offered through some Insurance plans for free. This is how I came to try and experience the app in the first place. I have United Healthcare, and it's offered for free again with a code. Check to see if your plan offers any reimbursement for workout programs. The website currently shows their normal monthly price as $12.99, which isn't TOO bad considering other workout class prices on the market.
“New workouts get posted daily on a schedule, and you have a library of past workouts to choose from at any time. Workouts range from 10-30 minute intervals, so you pick and choose how long, or how many different classes to stack.”
Flexibility
Being able to pick how long you workout for, the type of workout, even the instructor, is why I keep using the app. For example, if I go for a run, but want to also do a quick ab workout afterwards, I can find a 10 Minute Core workout to easily do. The workout instructors acknowledge that it's a quick class and you may be stacking it on top of another workout. You can essentially custom build a plan to fit your schedule perfectly.
The instructor's classes are categorized by the type of workout, and since they're posted daily, you don't need to do the same exact workouts repetitively. The instructors actually do the workouts on video, they talk to you, and have music playing. It feels like you're in a workout class with them, just from your phone.
Peloton is currently offering 2 months free to try out the app. I definitely recommend giving it a try, especially if you're looking for flexibility in a workout plan!
